Leaving Keahole-Kona airport, at the traffic light turn left onto Highway 19.
Drive north for about 18 miles.
Turn left at traffic light on to Waikoloa Beach Drive heading toward the ocean.
At the second stop sign, turn right into Kings' Shops and park in the parking lot.
The Outrigger Condominium Collection Guest Reception is located on ground level, suite A-4.

Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for four persons for this room category:

Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Minimum Night Stay:
Three-night minimum stay required through December 21, 2008 and January 5 - December 21, 2009. Four-night minimum stay required December 22, 2008 - January 4, 2009.
Taxes:
Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.
Reservation Guarantee:
A credit card guarantee is due at the time of booking or within 10 days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation. Full prepayment is required within 30 days of arrival and 60 days prior to arrival during the Christmas holiday period. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notification must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations within the 30 days are subject to full forfeiture. If the unit can be re-rented for the same dates of stay, prepayments will be refunded to the extent that the unit can be re-rented. Airline employees are not exempt from cancellation policies.
Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A credit card guarantee is due at the time of booking or within 10 days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation. Full prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations must be cancelled no later than 60 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to full forfeiture.
